The mission of Health Care Compliance Strategies, Inc. (HCCS) is to help hospitals and healthcare institutions survive and thrive, and to improve the quality of patient care. Our method for accomplishing that mission is to provide hospitals and healthcare institutions with interactive and engaging on-line staff learning and competency solutions.  These solutions enhance job performance, improve patient outcomes and promote compliance with ethical, legal and accreditation guidelines. In this way, healthcare institutions can focus on their core mission of easing discomfort, healing, and saving lives.

HCCS understands that healthcare organizations are under increased pressure to improve patient safety and care, meet corporate and government regulations and contribute to the overall quality of their institution while reducing costs. Employees must learn to comply with rules established by their organization and administrators, the government, managed care organizations, and insurance carriers.

The day to day management of HCCS is the responsibility of six individuals with over 150 years in the health care field, in compliance, medical practice management consulting, and new product development. With the establishment of HCCS over a decade ago, they brought their experience and expertise together to address the patient safety goals and urgent compliance training needs of hospitals, medical schools, large physician groups, pharmaceutical companies, research, laboratory and other healthcare entities.
